Thomas Keller is one of the most celebrated chefs in America.  His restaurants include The French Laundry and Per Se, Bouchon and Ad Hoc.  His cookbooks are highly enjoyable and (something we love at Juniper Books) substantial in size, yet also similar in size to each other (good for making a custom set of books).

Hence, we are introducing the “Thomas Keller 4 Pack” of cook books with covers designed by Juniper Books, influenced by the colors of both French Flag and Red, White and Blue of America. The books in this set include:

• The French Laundry Cookbook
• Under Pressure: Cooking Sous Vide
• Ad Hoc at Home

All books are brand new from the publisher (Artisan).

The book jackets are generally custom printed to order and ship the same or next business day after your order is received, we will notify you if the ship date is any longer than that.

This product is fully returnable if purchased in the standard color and book selection.

Please contact us with any customization request or if you would like a similar style for an entire library or other installation.  Personalization requests that we can accommodate for a small fee include printing gift inscriptions or ownership information (“From the Library of . . . ) on the front jacket flap, or changing the color of the set.

Note: The photos show the book jackets in glossy archival covers.  If you have a preference to receive your books without these protective covers, please indicate that in a note with your order.  The advantage is that they can withstand more handling wear (ie in the kitchen), the disadvantage is their glossy appearance, so it is a personal preference.)
