Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange a book set, please review our policy below:

Damages | Wrong order received

First, we are very sorry to hear this!

  • Please email customer service pictures showing the damage to the books\jackets  and if there was damage to the shipping box. 
  • If you received the wrong order, please email customer service the order number for what you did receive, as well as your original order number. 

Returns

  • Please include a note with the order number and/or the purchaser's name and contact information. 
  • Jackets-Only customers, please watch THIS video. Our jackets-only product need adjusting once they arrive to your home, they are not a one-size-fits-all, but once you watch the video, we are confident you will be happy with your new set!
    Include the order number and purchaser’s name with your return or exchange.
  • We accept returns of our readymade sets within 30 days after delivery.
  • The product must be returned to us in salable condition.
  • If your set was purchased with a gift card, we will issue you another gift card upon receiving the returned set. 

Exchanges

    • Include the same information as returns (above), and note what you want to exchange the set. We will adjust through a refund or invoice you for any additional costs. 

    Packaging

    • Pack the return or exchange in the same manner as you received it, including all the padding it was originally packaged with. The books cannot move in the box as it travels; otherwise, they will get damaged. 
    • We cannot issue a full refund for damaged returns.

    Refund Process

    • Once we receive the returned item in salable condition, we will credit the payment method used for the original purchase.
    • Please note that shipping fees will not be included in the refund total.

    Restocking Fee

    • For larger returns of orders with more than 25 books, a 10% restocking fee will be charged.

    Orders purchased on Juniper Custom

    • All purchases through Juniper Custom are final sale due to the custom nature of our products, services, and projects.

    Shipping Label

    • If you require a shipping label, please email our Customer Service. They will provide you with a shipping label; however, please be aware that the shipping cost back to us will be deducted from your refund.

    International Returns & Exchanges

    • The purchaser is responsible for all shipping & duties, and taxes when exchanging for a different set. 
    • Returns, the purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges shipping it back to Juniper Books.
