We accept returns of non-personalized items within 30 days after delivery. For returns requesting a refund, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs to our studio in Boulder, Colorado. For returns requesting store credit, or exchanges, return shipping is free within the US! For Colorado returns, the Colorado Retail Delivery Fee is non-refundable.

Jackets-Only customers, please watch THIS video. Our jackets-only product need adjusting once they arrive to your home, they are not a one-size-fits-all, but once you watch the video, we are confident you will be happy with your new set!

As all of our merch items are made to order, they are eligible for store credit only on returns.

If you would like to exchange your order or receive store credit to Juniper Books, please follow these steps:

  1. Email customerservice@juniperbooks.com to request a free shipping label, eligible for US addresses.
  2. The product must be returned to us in salable condition for full store credit. Please include plenty of packing material to protect the set from damage during transit. 
  3. Once we receive the item back, we will issue you a store credit for the purchase price of the returned product to use towards a future purchase on the Juniper Books website.
  4. Original shipping costs are not included in standard store credits.
  5. If you let us know what you would like to exchange the item for, we will ship the new item once we receive the original order back. If there is a price difference, we will invoice you or issue you a store credit accordingly.

 

If you are looking to return the order for a refund to the purchasing credit card, please follow these steps.

  1. Click here to start a return. A prepaid shipping label will be generated automatically. Please note that return shipping costs are not covered under standard refunds.
  2. Prefer to arrange your own return shipping? Send the order back via any carrier and include a note with your order number and the name and contact information of the original purchaser so the refund can be processed promptly.
  3. Items must arrive in salable condition to qualify for a full refund. Please pack the set carefully with adequate protective material to prevent damage in transit.
  4. If the original purchase was made with a gift card, a replacement gift card will be issued once the return is received.
