Reminiscent of fragrant herbs drying in a pantry and historic doctor’s journals, our Outlander Botanical Jackets Only design draws from heroine Claire’s knowledge of medicinal plants and her skill as a nurse. Each thoughtfully designed cover features a different Scottish flower and is embellished with traditional Scottish knots.

Inspired by her cabinet at Castle Leoch and her surgery at Fraser’s Ridge, our cover design encapsulates Claire’s role as a healer across time. On the covers, a deep emerald background sets the backdrop for each apothecary bottle, highlighting the plant or herb on each spine. A larger illustration of each botanical adorns each front cover. 

The covers are made to fit the 9 hardcovers published by Delacorte Press with the ISBNs listed on the ‘Includes’ tab below, with plans to offer an extension to this design once book 10 is released!
